The main features and scope of application:
 For the Department of rust-proof aluminum for aluminum-magnesium (5B05 amount of magnesium slightly higher than the 5A05), the strength and 5A03 considerable, heat treatment can not strengthen; high plasticity of the annealed state, half-cold hardening plastic medium; atomic hydrogen welding, spot welding, gas welding , argon arc welding performance is still good; high corrosion resistance and cutting performance in the annealed condition poor, half-cold hardening is still good machinability, manufacturing rivets when anodized.

● Heat treatment:
 1) Homogenization Annealing: heating 460 ~~ 475 ° C; insulation 12 to 14h; air-cooled.
     2) rapid thermal annealing: heating from 310 to 350 ° C; holding time of 30 to 120min; empty or water-cooled.
     3) high temperature annealing: heating from 310 to 335 ° C; finished thickness ≥ 6mm or <6mm, the holding time of 30 ~ 180min or 30 ~ 120min; air-cooled.
     4) low-temperature annealing: heating the 250 ~ 300 ℃ or 150 to 180 ℃; holding time is 1 ~ 2h or 2 ~ 3h air-cooled
