2A12 aluminum rod
2A12 is a high strength duralumin, can be heat treated to strengthen the annealing, just quenching and thermal state of medium plasticity, spot welding, gas welding and argon have the tendency to form intergranular cracks; alloy in the quenched and after cold hardening cutting performance is still good, bad when in the annealed condition.
